'Hi - I'm Aaron owner and barista at The Good Cup coffee truck. I'm a native Idahoan, Class of 98 Middleton - Go Vikings! I love the small town feel and access to all things outdoors.
After many years of drinking coffee in a cubicle and mulling over the idea of starting a coffee truck - I met my fiancé Leslee. She gave me the confidence and push to pursue my passion and dream of owning my own coffee truck.
Together we have been running The Good Cup since 2021. We partnered with our current roaster Stewart Family Enterprises, to help us source our very own house signature blend (single origin Guatemalan) dark roast.
